You can have a boost to shield tanks once we get a TRUE av weapon more effective against shield than armor (no, forgeguns don't deal more damage to shields they do the same damage to both armor and shields).

The eve player have to be in Factional Warfare in the same militia your are fighting for or its allied militia. He need some tactical ammo to fire at the planet and, of course, needs to be in orbit over the district you are fighting in.

Dropship are good if the gunners can fire decently without overheating the blasters and if blue dots spawn on it and, more important, actually drop and go take the objectives.

Shield adaptation, shield transporters and armor adaptation ARE vehicles skills. Also you don't NEED all those skills to 5 to be effective, if you want to be a logi weapons are sencondary to skills. Your problem is that you want to train EVERYTHIN...
